What is reactive printing?
Reactive printing is a process that gives superior wash and rub fastness and a brighter colour yield than pigment. Reactive print requires steam and washing after printing. this washes off all unfixed dye which gives you a excellent wash fastness.
What is the best process for my requirements?
Due to our vast experience we will determine the best method of printing for your individual requirements, whether this be digital or rotary printing.
What type of files can I upload?

How can I supply artwork?
You can send us your artwork through our dedicated dropbox folder or retransfer (email@example.com)
What’s the difference between DPI (dots per inch) and PPI (pixels per inch)? Which one should I use?
For the purposes of creating artwork for us, DPI and PPI mean the same thing and you can use them interchangebly.
What colour mode should I use?
Due to our processes you can use any colour mode you wish and we are able to match any pantone reference you provide within reason
Can I print photos?
Yes the higher the resolution the better quality of the print, so please ensure the file you send is high quality.
If create my own print, do they remain private?
Any artwork supplied remains personal to you unless you specifically tell us you are happy for us to use the design in the future.
How is my design printed?
Using reactive inks to dye the fibre, to give superior wash and rub fastness in comparison to pigment digital prints.
Will my design look the same on fabric as it does on my screen
Potentially not, colours can look different on various types of media, we can adjust colours to match but need something to match to.
How long does it take for my fabric to be made?
We aim to get your order sent out within 5-7 working days, we will contact you if more time is needed to complete your order
Can you print on to other fabrics?

Will my fabric shrink?
Yes there is a chance of shrinkage but we compensate this when printing your design.
