Summary of Opportunity

• We are looking to replace 2 Industrial Reactive Digital Printers (currently MS JP5 EVO) with 1 more modern equivalent with between 16-24 Heads.

Magic Textiles Ltd are based within the Staffordshire Moorlands and was established in 2003, it is a family run business, moving to is current premises in 2012. We haverapidly grown to become a market leader in the digitally printed textile market and pride ourselves on creating local jobs within the community and keeping values of the more traditional Textile Industry running alongside more modern
Digital Printing. We have expanded rapidly over the past few years and are now looking to actively lower our Carbon Footprint by upgrading older machinery.

Statement of Requirements:

The new Printer MUST be capable of running at 100 metres of fabric per hour and MUST use Kyocera Printing Heads and be fully compatible with Ergosoft software/programming to fit in with our current printing systems for production continuity. The new printer MUST run both more efficiently and economically, in turn lowering the company’s carbon footprint.
