Our returns policy for custom printed fabric.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order before it has been despatched. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity and our customer service team will be happy to assist. We cannot cancel your order when it has already been despatched.

Incorrect or Damaged Fabric

If your fabric is incorrectly supplied or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our customer service team will be happy to arrange for your order to be re-sent. Please note that you will be required to return or send us a photograph of the damaged fabric.

Unwanted Fabric

Our fabric is made order, which means we are unable to resell your fabric. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for unwanted fabric. We recommend that you order a small sample print before placing larger orders. This ensures that you are happy with the design, scale and colour. To discuss your order, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist.
