If your fabric is incorrectly supplied or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our customer service team will be happy to arrange for your order to be re-sent. Please note that you will be required to return or send us a photograph of the damaged fabric. Any faults or damages that are not mentioned in this time frame will not be subject to credits or replacements.
Our fabric is made order, which means we are unable to resell your fabric. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for unwanted fabric. We recommend that you order a small sample print before placing larger orders. This ensures that you are happy with the design, scale and colour.
