Roll, Print, Repeat. Rotary Screen Printing at it’s best.

News / Thursday, April 27th, 2017

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. … Traditionally the process was called screen printing or silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process prior to the invention of polyester mesh.

Here at Magic Textiles we have been perfecting the rotary screen printing process for over 20 years and have and continue to work with a wide range of customer including multi-national companies.

Our stock of laser engraved screens (approx 2000) has a wide range of designs to choose from including simple spot designs through to full imagery, alternatively you can have your own design made into a screen ready for printing. Our experienced colourist has the skills and knowledge to match the exact colours you require. With the ability to print up to 6 colours your designs will look exactly how you want them, printed on your selected fabrics. If your design has more than 6 colours, we then offer digital printing which as no limits to colours, images and text.

Our purpose built facility in the heart of the Midlands caters for all eventualities, from rotary screen printing, digital printed and stock of multiple fabrics, we welcome anyone to our factory to see what we do and how we do it.
